Our primary goal is to bring SIUE students a transportation service, by students - for students, utilizing golf carts. This provides a solution to a problem that nearly all 14,000 students at SIUE experience; the walk from the parking lots on the eastern edge of campus to the academic buildings on the western edge. I was elected Vice President of Marketing by my peers.

Applied Systems asked me to return for a second summer internship. My responsibilities increased from the prior year. I took on more of an active BDR role, creating outbound marketing, maintained and updated SFDC account detail, and spent half my day making outbound calls. Because of my efforts, success, and potential, Applied Systems offered me a full-time position upon graduation. In the 25 years of their intern program, I was the first intern who was offered a full time position.
