 Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders regarding project progress and issue escalation. Participate in the evolution/implementation of product development processes and tools. Facilitate agile planning, estimation and communication. Recognize technical problems or design flaws and recommend preventive or corrective action. Monitor education regulations and/or industry competition and identify changes in requirements or functionality. Break down high-level business cases into functional and/or regulatory written requirements and UI designs. Perform analysis/verification, ensuring that requirements are consistent, concise, comprehensible, verifiable, and based on department Best Practices using the documentation template provided for this purpose. Work with team members to ensure that requirements are interpreted and fulfilled correctly. Conduct formal user feedback sessions and collaborate to determine how requests fit into product development. Users include school district or state department of education personnel. Work with the Architecture team to identify entity relationships so database schema can be abstracted into a common, reusable form. Test product functionality; analyze and debug product issues. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as channel partners, product managers, support representatives, client executives, architects, developers, technical writers, project managers, and quality assurance personnel. Proofread customer-facing product documentation. Conduct knowledge transfers when needed. Create and deliver presentations to various internal/external users with varying levels of product knowledge. Use agile planning, estimation, communication and release processes Access Infinite Campus production customer data and production data in public test adhering to the practices and procedures outlined in the master security guidelines
