• Managing disclosures that have been received by clients and subsequently creating comprehensive and structured briefs for Counsel• Liaising with clients and solicitors from other firms to ensure that the necessary documents have been disclosed • Arranging appointments and conferences with clients, ensuring that there is no clash with trial dates or urgent deadlines• Use of the LEAP program to ensure that clients are consistently billed • Co-ordination of pre-billing guides to the accountant • Alerting the solicitor of all relevant emails and documents received • Sending out correspondence on behalf of the firm• General administrative duties (e.g. ensuring that there are sufficient levels of stationary in the firm, and ordering more if necessary, filing away documents in an organised and coherent manner)
