 Under the direction and supervision of two experienced clinician instructors (CI), performed and practiced skills, manual therapy techniques, modalities, and evaluations skills necessary to become an entry level physical therapist in an outpatient orthopedic clinic. Performed all parts of a PT initial examination with no assistance from CI and created Plan of Care for that patient. Treated 100% of therapist caseload (11 to 13 patients per day with 1 to 2 initial evaluations) performing all interventions including therapeutic experience, manual therapy, modalities, and documentation on an electric medical record (EMR) designed by CORA.

 Under the direction and supervision of an experienced clinician instructor (CI), performed and practiced skills, modalities, and evaluations skills necessary to become an entry level physical therapist in an outpatient orthopedic clinic. Performed all parts of a PT examination with minimal assistance from CI and created Plan of Care for patient Treated 50% of therapist caseload (6 to 8 patients per day with at least 1 initial evaluation) performing all interventions including therapeutic experience, manual therapy, modalities, and documentation on WebPT.

 Representative duties include answering phones, managing patient schedules, clinic maintenance, collecting payments, explaining to patients’ insurance benefits, and troubleshooting company inquiries. Coached patients, following instruction from physical therapist doing whatever intervention and protocol assigned. Had the opportunity to encourage, work with, and assist patients. Instructing patients with exercise invention under direct supervision of physical therapist.
