In charge of leading and reorganizing the data entry department to maximize output along with achieving a high level of accuracy and quality when processing orders. Development of new processes and procedures to maximize output from an average of 80 prescriptions per day to 110 prescriptions per day per technician. Supervised staff of 12 data entry employees. Maximize understanding of workflow and development of tools to help quality within the department. Scheduled staff to maximize workflow.
