+ Trialing bits at various sites to determine the best penetration rate for the ground conditions + Liaise with Jon Beer + Timed runs to determine penetration rates + Used a large variety of bits + Discuss drilling practices with Drillers/Offsiders + Communicate results to Site Supervisors/Area Manager + Additional achievements: o Successful trial at Jundee led to improved penetration rates, saving both time and improving production outcomes + Mt Charlotte + Sent to Mt Charlotte to assist in improving drilling standards and production outcomes + Additional achievements: o Improved metre rate
