Managed and supervised a front desk staff servicing an unpredictable occupational medicine clinic for one of the premier Hospitals in the United States. Serve over 150 patients each and every day, not only for occupational and employee health but also travel medicine for patients that travel around the world and require vaccinations. Review and code bills from all encounters at the clinic, maintaining proper codes for both cpt and ICD-9 codes.Outreach to VIP clients both within and outside the hospital, establishing both clinicial and billing protocols.Train and act and a liasion for all new employees that work in non clinical roles within the office, establishing a handbook for reference purposes.Frequently troubleshoot with patients that are upset with billing and personal matters, maintaining their patient privacy as well as resolving any outstanding issues they have in a clear, consise manner that is consistent with the Hospital's policies.

A volunteer based position that required myself to help organize and educate volunteers within the Chicago market. Trained over 50 volunteers over two campaigns for a UNICEF program designed to bring awareness and funding to clean and accessible drinking water across the world.
