The IT department of five supports over 600 staff members across the state of Utah.• Promoted to tier II Tech Support within 1 ½ years of employment.• Manager of our Mobile Device Management software.• Hardware analysis and acquisitions with a $250,000 yearly budget.• Inventory Management lead. Prepares new devices for imaging and end-of-life decommissioning.• Ensured the accuracy, validity, and integrity of the inventory asset management data and information.• Supports the Technical Support Specialists in troubleshooting hardware/software issues, hardware repair, and provide customer service solutions.
