Advise organizations with needs around diversity and inclusion by creating and delivering training workshops for staff and leadership, and strategic plans for sustained cultural change. Recent projects include Colorado Coalition for the Homeless, Denver Museum of Nature and Science, Iliff School of Theology.

Teach classes related to diversity and inclusion. These classes cultivate the student's ability to engage in social analysis, particularly about social and political structures, ideologies, and embodied practices that lead to systemic inequalities. Students learn to think critically about their own social locations, and their role in the broader social world and what effect it has on their professional and vocational lives and contexts.

Consulted and advised the denomination, as a member of the Strategic Leadership Team, on policy, ordination curriculum, and other items as needed related to diversity and inclusion. Provided diversity training to laity, clergy, and those in clergy formation. Supported as the human resources liaison; human resources handbook, policies, employee relations.

Managed department logistics and worked closely with department directors, department VP, and the department as a whole supporting in a variety of capacities including strategic planning, contracts management, programs logistical support, budget planning, expense reconciliation, invoicing and accounts payable, and event planning.

Provided assistance, support, project management, and oversight for all projects and tasks undertaken by the Executive Director, including marketing, publicity, fundraising, and event coordination. (Part-time work during PhD coursework at the University of Denver/Iliff School of Theology.)

Managed sales contracts at a time from contract signing to closing and mediated between sellers and buyers. Provided support in project management including evaluating company systems and processes to reduce cost and maximize efficiency and supporting the Office Manager and Owner with strategic management and human resources. As a licensed realtor I also briefly served as Sales Manager holding sales team accountable to measurable goals and success before moving into my role as Contracts Manager.

Effectively managed a $2.5 million store impacting the comparable previous year to sales plan by conceptualizing and executing strategies to strengthen the business and increase the bottom line.
