I created HSE plans, Communication plans, Logistics plans, etc. to aid in fluid project execution. I was part of the project operations team giving input as requested and chasing a number of questions regarding Schlumberger services.Montevideo, Uruguay. I was in charge of helping Total with logistics, importation and coordination of all Schlumberger services associated with deep water operations. I was the single point of contact for the client operations team to aid in smooth communication between Schlumberger segments. I managed various third party contracts, tracking logistics and costs for 5 direct contracts in very complicated offshore work in a new offshore market. Total contract value $17 million. I dealt with government officials, customs brokers and various third parties. This well also broke a world record for water depth of an oil and gas well.

    Sugar Land, TX Within Schlumberger Carbon Services I worked on several projects of $5 million throughout the US, including most of the DOE NETL partnerships’ projects. I dealt with budgeting, scheduling, client relations, geologic modeling and simulation team, risk assessments, developing a project management plan, drilling operations supervision, government contracts management and other project duties as required. Calgary, AB, and Estevan, SK, I worked on the $25 million PTRC Aquistore CCS project in charge of well construction planning and operations; risk management, leakage and environmental monitoring, compliance and outreach plans, drilling, completions and testing, procurement, contract management for foreign governments, research entities and local governments and budget. I managed Schlumberger internal services and third parties including rig provider, welders, accommodations, including casing hands, well engineers and supervisors, and multiple other third parties competitors services when best fit for the project. I dealt with stakeholders both internal and external, giving progress reports and working with the project team to make informed decisions to help the project progress. Also, I provided tours around the worksite to stakeholders and visitors, foreign and domestic. I was involved in $2 billion SaskPower’s Boundary Dam project with modeling efforts, operations support and environmental planning, permitting/licensing. I also took on the role of program manager while I oversaw several smaller projects ($5 million) in Canada in various stages from research and study to final project closure operations. These responsibilities included simultaneous management of several projects with differing teams with some overlap. All projects lead to completion within allotted timeframe and budget; including change management decisions. I worked on the Carbon Management Canada, CaMI FRS #1 project in charge of well construction operations.
