Main systems include: 12.5kV to 480V industrial power distribution systems; natural gas distribution systems; HVAC systems; compressed gas systems such as air, argon and nitrogen; water distribution and purified water treatment systems including well systems; heat exchange systems & piping.- Act as project manager or team member to support existing equipment and systems to support manufacturing process including the installation on new equipment on the manufacturing floor.- Prepare capital project scopes and budgets or quotes including layouts, required documents, PM plans, etc. Projects have ranged from $5,000 to $1.5M. - Prepare protocol and preform equipment qualifications under QSR/ISO regulations per US FDA Regulations 21 CFR Part 801. - Lead internal investigations and CAPA’s on department related quality and compliance findings based on engineering principles.- Focus on energy management & continuous improvement of building infrastructure and systems. Identified and implemented over $500,000 in annual energy cost savings.- System owner and admin for APOGEE® Building Automation System which is also used to monitor validated processes.- Suggest and develop energy saving ideas and facility improvements.
