Thea Energy Inc. was founded in 2022 with a vision to leverage recent breakthroughs in stellarator physics and engineering to create a faster, simpler approach to commercializing fusion energy. Geotechnical research for Department of Civil Engineering on a federally funded granular modeling project.

Completed a range of course work including heat transfer, fluid mechanics, machine design and bioengineering courses.Completed engineering clinics which include project research, experimental design, testing and analysis, final results presentations and final written analysis.Gained experience working from concept design through fabrication and analysis while gaining experience with machine shop equipment; including standing mill, lathe, Omax Waterjet, rapid prototyper, as well as various woodshop equipment.
