I worked as a Manufacturing Manager and Leader on the P-8 Program. In this role I led a team of Modification Mechanics, Electricians, Mission Technicians and Aircraft Maintenance Technicians as they built and tested the P-8 aircraft. I managed the safety, cost, schedule and quality of the build to meet and exceed program goals. I interfaced with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolved issues using standard RCCA processes.

My duties would include maintaining 50 to 100 aircraft in a storage configuration that requires regular maintenance and operation of systems as well as fluids testing and aircraft movement.
