Reduced trip durations by 25%, improved data resolution from ±0.25” to ±.004”, and reduced risk by creating digital twins of vehicle platforms on contract.• 3D scanned U.S. Marine Corps’ tactical wheeled vehicles (MRAPs, JLTV, HMMWV, HIMARS, LVSR, MTRV, ULTV) with an Artec Eva scanner. Mapped vehicle cab internals onto a common motion platform using SolidWorks and XTract3D.• Reverse engineered vehicle components such as shifter assemblies, parking brakes, throttle locks, and load handling systems for use in a common IO platform.• Designed and assembled prototype geo-pairing packages for M4, M240 weapons. 3D printed weather-resistant buttstocks and enclosures to house sensors package, wireless modules, and removable batteries.• Reworked legacy cast laser base to replace costly features with separate machined components.
