Responsibilities included:• Led the implementation of UPMC Global Care’s invoicing system, supporting , used to automatically generate a single invoice for services across a patient’s continuum of care; including hospital, physician, ancillary, and pharmacy charges• Coordinated the commercialization initiatives for UPMC’s newly marketed suite of revenue cycle technology solutions, including market assessments, pricing and profitability analyses, operational preparation, staff arrangement planning and contracting• Assisted revenue cycle management with analyzing revenue enhancement opportunities related to transplant services, payer contracting, and reimbursement
