I support our Inside Sales Division for Lakeshore Learning working alongside 60+ Inside Sales Representatives, Leads, and Supervisors.We help Early Childhood programs improve by supplying high quality, intentional products to enrich the children's learning experience. Lakeshore supports these programs through Professional Development, Classroom Set-up and design, and creative ways to support staff. I also partner with School District leadership teams to make changes to their elementary environments in implementing flexible seating. Through my years of experience I have been able to grow my business by being honest, responsive, enthusiastic, thorough, and proactive with my customers to ensure their needs are met at the highest level. As a leader I focus on leading with empathy, challenging my team, and working on setting records that even they didn’t know they could achieve. It’s amazing what happens when the team is well-trained, well-coached and told that someone believes in them. Combined with my entrepreneurial spirit, it has helped me achieve great success.
