• Tried over 30 cases to verdict, almost all as lead counsel• Responsible for all aspects of each case from inception through final judgment• Took hundreds of depositions• Conducted numerous evidentiary hearings• Co-chaired Forensic Litigation Practice Group • Created, spearheaded, and presented more than a dozen training sessions to attorneys in the private and public sector concerning forensic evidence, including presentations at Public Defender’s Offices throughout the state of Florida and the Florida Public Defender Association Advanced Defender College • Drafted pleadings challenging latent fingerprint evidence, glass analysis, DNA analysis, drug analysis, and ballistics• Served as lead counsel in 6-day jury trial where client was charged with 2 counts of attempted homicide and 2 counts of armed robbery. Jury acquitted client on all counts.
