Summertime job to learn the legal process of buying and selling real estate

3 days of my work week are devoted to administrative work. During these 3 days I am responsible for all dietary resident concerns and staff concerns. Reporting directly to the Regional Dietary Director.

2013-2018: During the time frame of being a designer at Fredonia Place I was also a full time chef intheir dietary department. I use the term chef because while I have no culinary degree a large rangeof education was made available to me which was taken great advantage of. I was put in charge ofbreakfast, lunch, and dinner services quickly, alongside leading a team of 5-6 waitresses coordinatingpositions and pushing the pace of the service into which we could plate 125+ meals within an hour. Thisincluded presentation and alterations to particular meals to suite special diets such as various forms ofthickened purees and chopped food while still maintaining taste and presentation.

2013-2017 Complete Identity Redesign: Complete redesign of company identity, including entire new logo direction, new brochures, monthly and seasonal mailing advertisements, special advertising towards public, staff, and residents in the form of contests and community based events. Monthly newspaperinsert advertisements, and a host of print design for various application. Through out this time I wasable to develop and implement many changes to the logistics of how this company advertised, and how their professional image evolved to compete with businesses on a much deeper level. This included internal design as well with changes and developments into things like their Dietary and Activities programs in which I developed new unique and efficient methods for producing better and faster results in participation and productivity.
