Developed and executed a comprehensive marketing plan for the Varsity Women's Volleyball season, encompassing advertising strategies, fan engagement initiatives, and home game activations. Managed all aspects of home volleyball games, including the timing of PA reads, promotions, giveaways, music, band performances, anthem singers, video board graphics, autograph sessions, and themed events. Supported full-time staff with in-game promotions by encouraging high fan engagement during home games, and in turn bolstering sponsors’ return on investment. Executed pre- and post-game events including fan giveaways, supporting staff during first pitches, national anthem, etc.

Cold emailed/called local businesses that led to sponsors for the yearly golf outing, as well as help with outings. Strategized how to receive exposure after winning a national championship. Created graphics using Photoshop for various projects including the athletics brochure that is currently displayed, social media posts, game day programs, etc.

Reported to the company CEO for weekly projects. Utilized Excel to input statistics for players, and drafted content to post top player statistics to the company's X account. Worked with Synergy Technology and Sport Engine to help build out the company website player and program pages. Used presentation tools to create sales presentations for the CEO to be presented to future sponsors.

Kept track of athletic department sponsorships, and made sure that they are being fulfilled. Used Canva to create graphics for posters that were to be hung up in locker rooms. Worked with Athletic Director to create yearly presentation given to the Board of Directors. Took inventory of new and old packages, helped to clean out the equipment room, and organize it. Created an Excel sheet with all logged packages organized by the team.
