In-depth system knowledge, forthright communication, and close-knit teamwork resulted in over $2M savings for the early delivery of an $50M contract award. ► Tenacity backed by competence fueled the revival of the U.S. Navy Utility Landing Craft (LCU) program, changing the conversation from program cancellation to program revitalization. Formed and led a team in order to generate a qualitative and quantitative analysis. The study met the requirement as front-end-analysis, a prerequisite for continuation into a funded analysis of alternatives. The value of this unconditional program work is reflected in the current vessel, now a program of record, which has implemented the original hull-form recommendations from the study.
