As a groundsman my duty is to spot the foreman as he uses the boom lift to go over the power lines and trim tree limbs, remove hazard trees and use a chainsaw to cut brush on the ground level. Along with that involves chipping the brush and cleanup. Team driving is a requirement as a passenger in the bucket trucks so always being attentive is critical.An active mindset for advancing in the company is also something the company strives for in all employees

As A groundman I would Spot my climber for any hazards in the area or on the tree he was climbing. i would also pick up brush and wood and chip them along with the cleanup that followed. i was also responsible for driving the chip truck that towed the chipper, and dumping the wood chips when the truck was full.

At Hot Table I did just about every job that was available from dishwashing to managing. I would make sandwiches for customers for a time until I was promoted to supervisor where I would be in charge or the staff on duty when managers where not there. As a manager i would do everything from help make food to prep in the morning to making schedules and making orders for inventory delivery.
