I attended COMPTEL meetings with the CEO to network and partner with more vendors in which to increase our supply chain. I was instrumental in working with Qwest, Embarq, Frontier, Fairpoint, Verizon, SBC, and BellSouth as POC for them. During this time, I was also instrumental in rolling out the early stages of VoIP; working with different vendors to secure a relationship for API to begin reselling the early appearance of VoIP.

I gained experience with flight operations, managing the departure of flights, checking last minute bags, dealing with oversold flights and re-accommodations of passengers including arranging hotel and alternative flights when necessary.
