Data Cell – HRIS/Staffing/Internal Job Posting Department  Directly reporting to the HR-Manager and providing daily SITREP (situation reports). Conducts Job interviews based on Job posting, reviewing all resumes, BOE openings, participating in interview from HR side, scoring on individual candidates and following up on paperwork for chosen candidates. Input & Update HR Database to reflect daily changes as well as maintain site Situational Report (SITREP) along with Employee Management Tracking System (EMTS), providing an accurate account of our on-hand and off-site personnel. Maintain site staffing by initiating and processing L-0008(promotional packets), internal job postings and personnel requisitions. Maintain and track personnel for accountability purposes. Responsible for day- to- day administration of policies and programs covering: staffing, training, employee relations and compliance.  Assisting with new hire orientations, mobilization to assigned sites and job postings. Working in SAP updateing and adding to employees information within the SAP Data Base. Performed the daily assigned tasks of an Operations Specialist for KBR, providing direct support for the Site Headquarters Management Team. Reviews, compiles and verifies accuracy of all data and written reports submitted by subordinate reporting departments in order to provide timely and accurate information to Project Management. Provided direction and guidance to subordinate operations sections when necessary.

Lead HR Passport Administrator Performed the daily assigned tasks of a Lead HR Administrator while in direct support of the LOGCAP III Middle East Staffing Section. Responsible for the supervision, professional development and performance evaluations of subordinate assigned HR Administrators. Served as the HR Department Liaison to the Houston Area U.S. Passport Agency for all processing issues concerning LOGCAP III candidates. Coordinated all logistical support functional requirements in order to facilitate the fluent transition and efficient processing of up to, but not limited to an average 300 weekly rotational candidates.
