As part of the leadership time, we scaled operations at Bicicletta to become the clear leader of online premium bicycle retail in Canada. I am directly responsible to lead, plan and personally help execute the activities of both the Marketing and Product teams.

We’re a team of industry veterans tackling a "start-up" opportunity with 3T Bike. This does seem odd given 3T's first product was launched 60 years ago; the world's most advanced bicycle saddle at that time. Still today, the brand is centred on innovation and being "first" - first to win the ID design award, first to introduce an aero gravel frame and first to release an aero road bike optimized for wider tires and a 1x drivetrain. Designing segment-leading bicycles and creating remarkable riding experiences is now the sole focus.The start-up attitude among the team is critical as we shift from bicycle components to frames. It is not a full fresh start per se; we lean on 3T's expertise and heritage but it is a complete re-think of our operations and resource capital. I'm directly responsible for sales revenue and profitable growth with our North American retail partners. So far we have overhauled the product line, opened new offices, introduced a B2B platform, completed a full sales team re-org, executed retail marketing campaigns and launched online sales channels.
