As a Legal Intern with DLL, I worked for the in-house legal department of a global vendor finance company. I primarily supported the update of numerous global vendor agreements to maintain regulatory compliance in the areas of Cybersecurity, Anti-Money Laundering, ESG and Sanctions. I also completed various smaller legal assignments, including legal analysis on mutual non-disclosure agreements. This allowed me to identify trends in information sharing practices to enhance confidentiality protocols and contribute to risk management.
