As a Sr. Talent Consultant at Sourceology, I'm responsible for creating and maintaining business critical external talent pipelines, conducting complex and reactive searches whilst providing external insight into the talent market, along with supporting any live vacancies for our clients. We build and maintain a proactive and targeted talent pipeline that enhances our clients’ ability to hire best in class candidates quickly and at a reduced cost. Our efforts are critical at enhancing candidate experience and enable our clients internal hiring capability to be world class. We work closely with key stakeholders (HR Lead, business managers) and internal partners (i.e. Global Talent Acquisition Leads, Talent Management, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Partners, Recruiting Managers) to understand the key roles, critical skills and the current population in order to assess risk areas where the talent pipeline would need expanding to meet future global talent requirements and create a successful search result. We work with some of the industry’s best and are talent partners with early, mid-to-late stage venture and market-leading public companies in a wide array of industries.

Soccer is a game that has the power to bring people together, regardless of their background or circumstances. It is a game that can provide joy, excitement, and a sense of belonging to those who play it. For many kids around the world, however, access to this incredible game is limited by their economic circumstances. That is where our non profit organization comes in.Our mission is to bring the beautiful game of soccer to kids in need. We believe that every child should have the opportunity to experience the thrill of scoring a goal, the joy of playing with their friends, and the sense of accomplishment that comes from being part of a team.To achieve our mission, we work with local communities and organizations to identify areas where access to soccer is limited. We then provide the resources necessary for these communities to establish their own soccer programs. This includes funding for equipment, uniforms, and facilities, as well as training for coaches and volunteers.In addition to providing access to the game, we also strive to use soccer as a tool for positive social change. We work with our partner communities to incorporate important values such as teamwork, respect, and fair play into their soccer programs. We believe that by teaching kids these values through the game of soccer, we can help them grow into responsible, empathetic, and compassionate individuals. We have seen them develop important life skills, make new friends, and gain confidence in themselves. We have also seen the joy and excitement that soccer brings to their lives.Our work is far from finished, however. There are still millions of kids around the world who do not have access to soccer. We are committed to expanding our programs and reaching even more kids in need. We believe that through the power of soccer, we can make a positive difference in the lives of these children and help them achieve their full potential.

Was instrumental in the establishment of RPO offices in Singapore and back offices in Argentina, Uruguay, and Spain. As the President of Asia Pacific and South America, I was responsible for direct recruitment projects, business development, client relations, and account management. Instrumental in growing the business to 400 Recruiters and Sourcers in 4 countries.
