I used to be disengaged at work. Then I decided to do something about it.Now, my life's mission is to develop engaged, emotionally intelligent organizations and people-first leaders.Hi, I'm Jared. I'm an organizational psychologist, entrepreneur, and employee experience consultant with experience in the entertainment, technology, and pharmaceutical industries.I've been obsessed with the human side of business from a young age. After founding several nonprofits and businesses, I became an internal entrepreneur at The Walt Disney Company for nearly a decade. At Disney, I created the company's first full-time employee experience role, leading engagement initiatives for 1,200 employees within Disney's kids' television business and animation studio.Following my Disney career, I moved to HP Inc., where I led employee experience for the company's Chief Transformation Officer. At HP, I built strategies to engage HP's 54,000 employees worldwide around the company's ambitious digital, cultural, and operational transformation initiatives.From there, I took on client-facing roles at Edelman and Siegel+Gale, where I advised clients on how to bring their brand to life on the inside and align it with culture.I'm currently building a business centered around adult developmental psychology that will help leaders navigate uncertainty.
