(f/k/a Shenandoah Growers), a national leader in certified Organic controlled environmental agriculture (CEA), as an outside general counsel. A veteran of large firms in Washington DC, San Francisco and elsewhere, I manage GreeneHurlocker's Shenandoah Valley, Virginia office and assist clients with opportunities statewide and across the country.

WPG develops retail real estate primarily for eventual sale in the NNN investment market. I led the Washington, DC office of The Velmeir Companies, where I was accountable on a daily basis to executive management of CVS on the entire life cycle of store development -- site selection , deal negotiation, corporate approvals, land use, construction, and turnover.
