As time went on it was clear there was need for another full time Project Manager at Tiller as our existing PM's were becoming over utilized. In May of 2018 I stepped into a full time roll managing small to medium sized branding and marketing website projects. It was my responsibility to ensure that once a project proposal was signed, that the expectations of the client were met above and beyond. From start to finish, I was responsible of overseeing everything to make sure every detail was taken care of as expected.

As part of Tiller Digital's dedication to the local community in Calgary, we are the main presenter of Lemonade Day Calgary. Lemonade Day Calgary is a free program for kids ages 5-13 to learn the importance of business fundamentals and financial stewardship. This program is administered through the MyLemonadeDay App and allows kids the opportunity to own and operate their own lemonade stand.Chantelle Little and I are responsible for leading the program for the City of Calgary and surrounding area.

While working at The Co-operators part of my main responsibilities were around daily interactions with clients who walk into the office. In addition, I was responsible for answering all incoming phone calls and ensuring the client's needs were met.Another large portion of my responsibilities included processing auto quotation information for my associate insurance advisers, handling and managing all of the insurance billing issues with our office for Home, Auto, Commercial, Wealth, Life, and Travel Insurance, and setting appointments for my manager for client reviews. While working at The Co-operators I ran a marketing campaign to promote The Co-operators car insurance rates. This included calling existing clients, checking in with them and building relationships and providing them the chance to enter the contest by getting an auto insurance quote. The contest included a partner of ours, Calgary Co-op Grocery Stores, and giving a $100.00 gift card to the winner of the contest.As time went on and my work experience grew, I led training sessions for two different Customer Service Representatives in my former office at Richmond Insurance/Financial Services Ltd.

While working at Fisher's, I was responsible for running and managing the store day to day on my shift. This included giving advice and recommendations on merchandise, stocking the shelves, managing the checkout, and balancing the cash at the end of the day.

While working for the Town of Okotoks, I worked in the Community Programs Department as a Day Camp Leader and Child Care worker for Kids aged of 3-15. The summer programs ran through July and August and I was a leader there for three years. When not working with kids I was involved in the administration side of things which included using Microsoft Excel to track the progress and needs of Kids in after school care. I also was responsible for using Microsoft Excel to log the hours for kids in after school care as required for childcare funding from the Government of Canada.
