CareerVillage.org is a technology nonprofit that crowdsources career advice for youth at massive scale. Our online volunteer corps of tens of thousands of working professionals are building a huge online repository full of gold-standard answers to every question about every career. Through our work we strive to democratize access to career advice for the millions of underserved youth with no one else to turn to.

Member of Corporate Finance practice. I started with McKinsey in New York as an analyst in 2005, where I was posted for two years working primarily on finance-based strategy and capital markets work. That was followed by a year in Hong Kong and a year in Beijing, where I did more new-business-development / growth-oriented work throughout Asia (SH, BJ, HK, Sing, Tokyo, etc.) and helped clients evade bankruptcy in the downturn. After my time in China, I spent a year and a half with McKinsey's Boston office as an engagement manager (a role which essentially combines project manager, relationship manager, trainer, conflict resolver, and quality controller into one).
