- Served as Project Lead and Business Analyst for UltiPro (HRMS) migration from on-premise system to cloud hosted environment.- Completed multiple UltiPro upgrades to add Manager Self-Service (MSS) and Recruitment functionality.- Created all training documentation and trained users on new features of UltiPro application.- Created process diagrams of Gulf Interstate Field Service business to help executives understand their current business process and proposed a list of areas for potential improvement.
