• While the team was mostly occupied in an ongoing critical effort that required designated focus and uninterrupted sessions of work, I handled almost all other ongoing customer support requests and analyzed and determined technical solutions for their issues, keeping our customers satisfied and allowing my engineering team to stay focused on the critical project initiatives• Discovered a more efficient method of working and using tools and analyzing code, by finding an internally modified Eclipse, which drastically increased our speed and efficiency, and then shared this with all other team members as well as created instructions for any new member of the team to join in the future• Lead Technical interview process to add new members to our engineering team including a thorough analysis of their career history as well as administering a white board based coding test• Created a company-based technical sales proposal with a comprehensive set of options that allow maximum freedom for the customer with value of more than 1 million EUR• Coordinated and contributed to an international workshop to better integrate the work and efforts of all our local offices in the Asia Region, where the processes I initiated with my local small team to optimize knowledge transfer and customer interaction were rolled out and published as standard practice in other regions. • Created a tool for automating the creation of price indications which allowed us to greatly improve our speed of sending offers to our customers, in a highly competitive market, with highly complicated interdependent products• Solved a complex integration bug with the AUTOSAR OS, based on input from several distinct teams in different countries, which saved the continued business with our customer who had been considering our competitor. Now, a year later, we continue to have a productive and profitable business relationship.
