Throughout my professional life, I have found an intrinsic motivation to inspire and lead. As a member of Miele USA, I have been recognized for the unique ability to communicate clearly and effectively as well as to cultivate new and better ways of executing organizational goals. As an example, I was selected as a representative of North America for a global initiative to further our footprint with efficient and innovative platforms on a team of members from several countries and disciplines of the organization. I regularly represent Miele in the USA with public speaking engagements, on-screen appearances, and in pitch meetings with business partners. My desire to understand business through the lens of multiple perspectives allows me to leverage my ability to speak dynamically about a great number of topics. Beyond my role to represent the brand, I also manage and develop the curriculum for internal and external contacts to better understand our brand, products, and services. I have a passion for the development of others to maximize individual potential, while in turn ensuring that effort benefits the organization. I am adept both in terms of the physical and digital spaces. Beyond the establishment of eLearning for Miele USA, I continue to develop our courses with the support of colleagues from Germany.
