Hi, my name is Jared Davis, Chief of Staff at Blue Compass RV. My job consists of working with the CEO on his strategic priorities while acting as a liaison between the CEO and our other executive team members. I work with our executive team to assist in the completion of their projects while ensuring their time is used as efficiently as possible. Before my time with Blue Compass, I was a graduate from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business where I completed my Master of Management degree. I also spent my undergrad at the University of Michigan where I earned a bachelors degree in Economics while earning a minor in Business through the Ross School of Business. While at the University of Michigan I was a member of the 2017-2021 Michigan Football team as a cornerback. During my tenure as a student athlete I earned Academic All-Big Ten and received the Scholar Athlete Award each year. I was also heavily involved in multiple extra-curricular programs as a member of the Student Athletic Advisory Committee, an ambassador for the Leadership Development Team, made weekly visits to the Mott Children's Hospital, was an Ann Arbor Elementary School pen pal, and worked with UMich Special Olympics team providing virtual workouts during Covid. I was born and raised in Frankenmuth, Michigan.
