Product Lead for Meta’s Messaging Platform where I was responsible for delivering a high-quality messaging experience for the billions of people regularly using Facebook Messenger.I worked on the roadmap based on user-centered data to build AI/ML platforms to improve performance, reliability, efficiency and functional correctness while collaborating with brilliant engineering teams.Lead for Messenger Rageshake, from ideation to launch I supported a team of engineers on a new initiative. Launched: A consumer facing news aggregator accessible via web and mobile native apps. Launch was accounted as most successful new product launch in company history, with growth surpassing company expectations and engagement surpassing industry standards.PM for the web, API/platform, mobile, and data product teams, as well as leading the go-to-market.Led design thinking sessions for new products.

Launched Platform that allows internal and external clients to integrate their ML/NLP through Dow Jones APIs. Pitch company products and services to C-Level executives.Led and closed a $2 million deal with NASA by demonstrating a vastly superior product in features and usability compared to competitors; the deal closed in three months.Developed a NIST 800-53 Rev 4 Security Plan for NASA, which became a first of its kind plan for Oblong and served as a primary reason for winning the contract.Acted as point of contact and technical account manager with customers post sale.Attended trade shows to network and pitch new customers.Responsible for directing product maintenance and upgrades with Linux, Python, and Ruby scripting in Ubuntu.

Launched: Data warehouse application for the USPTO Appeal Board legal team to confirm and deny payments for patents.Led Product Management over data tool that would bring in over $35 million in profit for the USPTO.Clients had previously been aggregating data in fragmented excel sheets, tool release allowed for 90% increase in performance.Took user stories from business users, analyzing market segments, customer personas, jobs, pains, legacy processes, and technology storyboard to translate into ways to store data and developed a product roadmap.Led a team of engineers that translated business stories to technical stories in SCRUM meetings.

Launched: Payments and budget tool for Walter Reed military human resources team.Created new iteration that resulted in budget analysis being completed 80% quicker, which allowed the team to be more productive.Was responsible for front-end design including wire-framing, roadmap, design, and aggregating customer needs into deliverables.
