I was the Marketing and Training Lead. I wrote training materials for the Alive Center and documenting the agency procedures for future employees and any future locations. I also took on the responsibility of systematizing the creation and scheduling of marketing materials for the organization. This includes social media, newsletters, and event- and program-specific campaigns. I was responsible for special projects such as creating escape room puzzles, assisting with teen-led programs like the Makers Space.

I originally worked as the Teen Programming Director for the Alive Center in Naperville, Il. Our mission, written by one of our teens, is to be a teen-led, teen-driven center focused on empowering the youth of today to become the impassioned, resilient leaders of tomorrow.I work with the teens, 6th-12th grade, that come into our community center to participate in our after school drop-in hours. Some come for a safe place to hang out, make friends, and do activities.
