I have been remotely serving as the lead campaign developer, graphic designer, and social media consultant for full-service production house The Levee Studios for ten years. Starting from scratch, I built the brand strategy and social media presence for 50+ small businesses based in South Georgia. I led the marketing discovery process, developed their brand identities, wrote, edited and published content on all company social media profiles and partner channels, and oversaw their integration with social media communities. This necessitated nonstop collaboration with clients and sales/marketing staff to maintain a consistent message across various platforms.

I served as the service programming director for an organization with a $40 million dollar annual budget and 700 employees. I set the overall artistic direction for our organization and set the pace for our teams in designing 60+ live events every year, hundreds of streaming events, large scale outdoor concerts, and high-end curated fundraisers. Producing an engaging guest experience includes leading all phases of in-person and virtual event production, including creative planning, development, budget creation/management, vendor relationships, logistical production, and quality control. Once the event is over, I direct our multidisciplinary team of production, audio, video, writing, marketing, music, event services, and branding directors to evaluate every detail and make the next event even better.
Additionally, I lead out on all community-facing events, design and brand development, internal and external communications, and social media at North Point Ministries' East Atlanta campus, Decatur City Church.
Crafting a healthy staff culture that prioritizes results, flexibility, and unrelenting excellence has been essential in this role.

I recruited and managed a rotating stable of 100+ professional touring musicians to orchestrate ambitious, unique, and diverse musical moments for all weekly in-person gatherings, concerts, streaming events, social media content, and custom video content. This role challenged me to become a team player and an adaptable, scrappy, resourceful leader who can galvanize a diverse group of artists and technicians towards a common goal. Becoming technically proficient in music production software and touring concert systems integration was key to my success in this position.
