As an intern, my responsibilities were numerous with highlights such as: - Creating relevant drawings, such as cable block diagrams, for a large bail-line upgrade project. - Assisting with an MCC replacement project by designing the MCC layout with respect to existing cables. - Assembling a project estimate - upgrading a hand-controlled valve to a pneumatic operated valve.Other tasks involved assisting engineers and technologists with projects, such as checking drawing changes, making field checks, and editing drawings using AutoCAD when needed.

My responsibilities included:- Inspected watercraft at a roadside inspection station for any aquatic invasive species - specifically the Zebra and Quagga Mussel.- Educated the public on the importance of cleaning, draining, and drying their vessel to stop the spread of aquatic invasive species.- Operate high-temperature pressure washer using the proper safety procedures outlined by the British Columbia Conservation Officer Service.
