After 2 years, was promoted to Head of Music Program. Lead the music program for a summer camp of approx. 200 campers aged 7-16, along with a staff of counselors. Put together bands of campers to perform for all camp events, including an all camp "music festival". Scheduled practice times around busy camper and counselor schedules, designing a program that could organize and develop camper performances with new musicians in less than seven weeks.
