I was responsible for the overall creative vision of the company, which included developing creative strategy, business goals, design processes, and supporting all marketing and sales efforts. I also built, scaled, and developed the in-house creative team. One of my biggest accomplishments was managing the visual identity of the company through an internal unification, resulting in the highest brand funnel metrics and perception across all audiences and competition post-unification. Additionally, I led the creative strategy, branding, and wayfinding efforts for the company's new campus, developed omni-channel creative campaigns that contributed to hundreds of thousands of reactivated users and millions in revenue, and crafted a new user experience for owned media, contributing to triple-digit growth in engagement and unique pageviews. I directed a series of visual identity updates, including a highly-differentiated photography style, a new web design system, and motion design standards. I led a redesign of the recruiting website that drove significant traffic spikes and application volume. Finally, I led the team's employee engagement group and community support programs, doubling our volunteer hours and achieving a notable increase in survey scores.

As the Creative Manager, I was responsible for developing the creative strategy and visual identity of the company while mentoring other designers. During the acquisition by McKesson, I managed the visual identity of the business and led the development and execution of a refreshed brand position.I developed an employment sub-brand that received national recognition and generated a monthly pipeline of 300-500 job applications. I also created a new visual identity for our first B2C product offering.I led multiple website redesign projects that resulted in increased site traffic, lead generation, and SEO rankings.
