CurrentCelligent Diagnostics is committed to delivering innovative Anatomical Pathology services to meet the diagnostic needs of our medical community while improving patient outcomes through timely and accurate pathology.Celligent provides the medical community the diagnostic expertise of 31 board-certified Anatomic and Clinical Pathologists, 3 doctoral scientists and 7 pathologists' assistants. Our staff provides comprehensive anatomic, clinical and molecular pathology services to 5 health systems, 2 large national cancer centers, 14 individual hospitals in the Carolinas as well as hundreds of group practices across the nation.Role/Responsibility:Drive and direct the Celligent, Client Services business operation on a group scale by supporting and growing the service line programs through effective leadership and management of customer relationships, quality patient care, growth and, of course, marketing. Influence business decisions by providing strategic direction, oversight and vision for the Celligent board of Directors by developing analytical data reports on client volume, market trends, and process as well as technology improvement.Provide guidance and support by interpreting and implementing company initiatives that ensure our environment and service line is aligned with the strategic branding vision of the group. Ensures the success, retention and growth of Client Services programs within the group by developing, implementing and leading effective practice and hospital relationship strategies. Facilitate compliance with standard operating procedures and all applicable regulatory and company requirements.
