Influence business decisions by providing strategic direction, oversight and vision for the Celligent board of Directors by developing analytical data reports on client volume, market trends, and process as well as technology improvement.Provide guidance and support by interpreting and implementing company initiatives that ensure our environment and service line is aligned with the strategic branding vision of the group. Ensures the success, retention and growth of Client Services programs within the group by developing, implementing and leading effective practice and hospital relationship strategies. Intelligent Business Solutions, Inc. is healthcare software firm with 23 years of experience in the Cardiovascular market. In October, 2011, they hired me to take their new patient flow product, The Electronic Whiteboard (eWB) solution to market. When I accepted the position the company had a single paying location with 6 users in the eWB product and a short YouTube video for their marketing needs. My responsibility as Chief Brand Officer and National Sales Executive was to create a brand, market, sell and develop strategic partnerships for the product line from the ground up. In a period of less than 2 years I implemented 3 websites, SalesForce CRM, created and executed a strategic marketing plan, implemented and maintained a social media plan, SharePoint, developed trade show booths and attended national events such as HIMSS, RSNA, SIR, AHRA. As the company/product did not have a message or market share, it was also my responsibility to build a demonstration database and give sales presentations. These combined efforts produced the products first recurring standalone sale, it was also the largest sale in company history at $800,000. Marketing efforts also developed strategic partnerships with companies like Siemens Healthcare and iMD-Soft.
