Working with the Vice President of International Ministries, regional directors, and the Director of Mobilization, I discuss and implement strategy, maximize current ministries, and execute new ministry initiatives with WGM around the world.

Oversee on-boarding programs for missions mobilization including short-term groups, mid-term workers, and long-term workers. Organize and implement four annual candidate interview events. Cast vision for the mobilization team which consists of seven individuals in three different types of roles.

Travel to universities, churches, and camps to talk to people about getting involved in cross-cultural missions. Mobilize people who have been called to serve, whether it be on a team, as a volunteer, or as a career missionary. Train missionaries how to utilize social media.

Help young adults and adults serve cross culturally. Coordinate all logistics of expereince: application process, fundraising, orientation, and debriefing.
