AUGUST, 2013 - CURRENTSENIOR GIS ANALYST, ECLIPSE RESOURCES, LLCManage and create the company’s spatial data in conjunction with coordinating with third party engineering firms to ensure all oil & gas well plats are accurate, complete, and compliant with the appropriate regulatory body.• Create and update well spatial information including leasing and title information, horizontal gas well and unit planning, and midstream information.• Manage third party engineering/surveying firms to create all well plats for permitting; documents are reviewed for 100% completeness and accuracy in accordance with the appropriate regulatory organization including the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR), Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PA DEP), or Bureau of Land Management (BLM).• Instrumental in working with the ODNR to successfully obtain waivers to reduce the required inter-lateral spacing and also to decrease the required setbacks for the top/bottom perforations with respect to the unit boundaries.• Work with Business Development teams coordinating the acquisition of over 44,000 net acres, design development plans resulting in the successful corporate merger with an enterprise value of $1.4 Billion and ~220,000 net undeveloped acres.• Collaborate with IT to develop an accurate and user friendly interface between ArcGIS and the company’s mobile app that projects updated information in real time.• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, develop quality control models with an error rate of less than 1%.• Coordinate engineers to optimize surface hole placement on well pads to ensure anti-collision and successful return trips to minimize well shut-in and downtime. • Processing and coding all invoices for the Construction and EHS teams using Oildex, Open Invoice, and BOLO accounting systems.
