I am honored to have recently been retained as Executive Vice President of the Illustrated Gallery Collection. I will be focused on growing the prominence of American Illustration Art within the American Art community, working closely with Museums and Private Collections. The collection's growth will be driven by new sales and acquisition efforts targeting important works and new collections. The $60M Illustrated Gallery Collection is the largest private collection of American Illustration Art in the World. The Collection of 2,300 original paintings includes the work product of over 500 illustration artists from the late 19th and early 20th centuries.***Prior to managing the Collection, Green was VP of Strategy and Development of Heritage Auctions. While at Heritage he negotiated the sales of numerous important Institutional art collections (Playboy, DC Comics, Time Warner, Pepsico/Frito Lay, and The American Red Cross). He also managed the Illustration auction division at Heritage while growing 5 additional collectible divisions.Following his role at Heritage, he established Rarity Advisors, a seller-focused art & rarities brokerage for both private and corporate collections.
