Graduate student in the Applied Mathematics and Computational Sciences department at the University of Iowa. Working with Dr. David Stewart on developing an Algorithm to generate distrcting plans for congressional elections.

Explained math and technical concepts to students from a variety of academic and disciplinary backgrounds. Planned lectures, mentored students, tracked and assessed student progress. Received Outstanding Teaching Assistant award in 2019. Taught various classes ranging from Pre-calculus to Calculus 2

Observed existing practices find ways to better integrate technology into the day to day operations. Wrote Visual Basic scripts to automate the creation of daily workout plans, track historical growth, and track receivables and payments. Lead to saving 25 hours a week, allowed the gym to double the number of clients, and savings of $26k per year.
