Senior Account Executive
CurrentOver 20 years of experience in the high-tech industry focused on Sales, Marketing and new business development. Drive all sales functions for tier1 customer accounts with sustained revenues of over $100M annually. Years of experience working with IBM and Lenovo worldwide.Sales management for multiple product portfolios, resulting in over $100M annual revenues. Including: Broadcom’s semiconductor products: SAS/SATA/NVMe MegaRAID, HBA, Expander, PCIe/CXL switches, Ethernet NICs, Fibre Channel HBA and switches to tier1 OEMs servicing the SMB, enterprise, server, storage, workstation, and cloud markets worldwide. Established trusted relationships across all levels at the customer and positioned the Broadcom executive management team with the appropriate customer executives to create relationships to develop and execute company goals. Proactively work with multiple business units to set up customer meetings to drive roadmap alignment across Broadcom's and the customer portfolios to meet business and sales objectives. e.g., QBR/QMR/QTR.Ability to effectively communicate complex technical problems and status with customers and management. Work closely with local Field Application Engineers to provide direction and resource prioritization of customer issues. Daily management of business functions: including forecasting, annual account revenue and design win plans and working closely with purchasing and planning to prioritize and allocate product POs to meet customer demands and schedule.Develop sales strategies to drive growth and share gains and effectively navigate the complicated technical sales/procurement RFQ process to ensure Broadcom is in the best position to win the business.Self-starter with the ability to work independently under self-imposed schedules and deadlines with excellent presentation, time management and prioritization skills.
