Manage an enrollment marketing client base to help campus partners achieve their goals while supporting the division by strengthening client renewals, sustaining high client satisfaction ratings, and identifying additional ways in which we can serve our partners.

Managed accounts for college and university partners, working with enrollment leaders to help achieve institutional goals and increase access for students through the strategic use of the loan repayment assistance program (LRAP). Launched campaigns, train campuses, review results, and secure renewals for expanded usage.

Served as account manager and consultant for Enrollment Marketing Services, delivering enrollment marketing and predictive modeling to campus partners. Provided excellent service to achieve success with respect to their project goals, expanding to other services to further achieve goals. Provided good stewardship, effective communication, ongoing consulting and training to the campus partner on using RNL services to meet enrollment goals and objectives as part of their overall institutional mission. Ensured that projects were aligned to meet those specific objectives with the client team.

Oversaw the efforts of the Undergraduate, Graduate/Adult, and Seminary Admission Offices at North Park University. Working with the senior leadership team, academic deans, university marketing and communication, and other departments, developed and directed the execution of recruitment strategies for all student populations at North Park. Hired, supervised, and coached admission directors to work in cross-functional teams to help the university meet annual enrollment goals.

Directed the work of the Undergraduate Enrollment team, providing oversight for recruiting, visits and events, data and communication processes, and more. Developed and implemented strategies, and created collaborative relationships with faculty, coaches, and staff to identify and recruit students who fit the mission of North Park in order to meet goals of the Strategic Enrollment Plan.

Led the Graduate Admissions efforts, recruiting students to Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and Trinity Graduate School. Hired, trained, and supervised staff. Developed and implemented comprehensive recruitment travel and communication plans. Oversaw technology and admission process enhancements. Represented Graduate Admissions on and off campus.

Led recruitment efforts for the Graduate & Adult Degree Completion programs. Developed and implemented recruitment schedule and communication plan. Represented Anderson at off-campus recruiting events and met with students during individual appointments. Centralized the Graduate Admissions efforts as it related to technology and communication.

Oversaw technology and communication flow in the Admissions Office. Hired, trained, and supervised part-time student staff, running the telecounseling program and assisting with the campus visit program. Ran various internal and external reports. Coordinated with Marketing to develop web and print publications.

Recruited freshmen and transfer students to Anderson. Responsibility for local and out of state high school territories, as well as technical and community colleges. Led group and individual campus tours, called and emailed prospective students, and traveled extensively to college fairs and school visits.

Assisted in FPU's recruitment efforts by leading campus tours, working at on-campus events, and calling and emailing prospective students. Also hired and trained fellow Admissions Student Counselors.
