• Authored articles in conjunction with Dr. Peter Linneman of the Wharton School on topics including the state of CMBS, a comparison of the Case-Shiller© and FHFA valuation methodologies, and a comparison of the 2008.
• Prepared 5-year employment projections for 52 MSAs using BLS data and a proprietary ARIMA regression

Amsterdam Area, Netherlands

• Atrium European Real Estate is a leading developer, owner, and manager of shopping centers in Central and Eastern Europe with a €2.5B portfolio of nearly 14 million square feet of retail in 151 properties throughout 7.
• Identified and analyzed distressed assets and competing firms, presenting findings to the executive board for potential acquisition by the firm
