For the past 7-8 months I have been managing a Sales New Hire program, covering for someone who was on maternity leave. Now, she's back. In addition to keeping things running smoothly, I identified three core areas of the program that could use improvement:- data collection and reporting- communication- facilitationI pitched that I should stay on and continue to operationalize these areas—with a focus on social learning. They agreed. They didn't have budget for full time, so I'm getting everything accomplished in a part time role. I'm:1. Improving the approach to how we facilitate live SME-led sessions- coaching/training instructors on best practices for social learning facilitation - transitioning from "sage on the stage" approach to a more interactive approach- connecting relevant data to live session discussions

Of course, I'm not facilitating ALL those trainings. I'm training internal facilitators, accounting for regional nuances and norms, developing parallel trainings for virtual audiences, and tweaking along the way when I receive feedback. I've also designed RealTalk Conversations, intimate discussions with smaller teams and groups to have candid dialogue about the challenges and opportunities around topics such as allyship, belonging, storytelling, and conscious inclusion.
