  I lead, mentor, train, and manage all CQV staff assigned to the Morrisville, NC office. I support business development activities including sales calls, proposal writing, lead generation, etc. for all of our Southeast USA clients. I track staff utilization and coordinate staff assignments to projects. I assist in the identification, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of CQV staff. I maintain client relationships and am ultimately responsible for overall successful delivery of all of our CQV projects in the Southeast region.
